AI Replies is building KAI, a secure European AI workspace that structures company knowledge, automates email and meetings, and enables governed AI inside organizations. We are looking for a Product Manager to help shape the roadmap and evolution of the KAI platform. You will work directly with engineering, design, and leadership to define product direction and build a new category of enterprise AI infrastructure. This role is based full-time in our Amsterdam office.
• Define product roadmap and feature priorities for KAI
• Translate customer insights into product improvements
• Work closely with engineering and design teams
• Define product specifications and user flows
• Coordinate product releases and feature launches
• Monitor product usage insights and customer feedback
• Figma
• Notion
• Linear or Jira
• Productboard
• HubSpot
• Slack
• Google Workspace
• Analytics platforms (Mixpanel / Amplitude)
• 3+ years experience in product management
• Experience with SaaS or AI platforms
• Strong product thinking and analytical skills
• Ability to work closely with engineering teams
• Startup mindset and ownership mentality
